Dear Parents and Guardians,
I hope this message finds you well. As we approach the month of May, I want to inform you about a couple of important dates and events that require your attention regarding student placement for the next academic year and testing for upcoming kindergarten students.
Student Placement for Next Year
May 1st and May 12 have been set aside to meet and discuss any concerns or extenuating circumstances that might affect your child's class placement for the upcoming school year. You can sign up for a meeting time using the following link: Sign Up Here. If these dates are not convenient, please feel free to contact me to arrange an alternative meeting time.
If you have previously raised concerns about your child, and these issues continue to impact their education, please do not hesitate to reach out to me and remind me of these circumstances. This will help us work towards the best possible placement for your child.
Please note that class lists will be finalized in June, and any extenuating circumstances must be communicated before June 17th. Once class lists are posted in August, we will not be able to make any changes.
Kindergarten Testing
For parents of incoming kindergarten students, testing is scheduled for May 20th. Please ensure your child is registered before the testing date. You can sign up for the testing session here: Sign Up Here.
